WindowsAndroid is a free program with which you can emulate the Android operating system on a Windows computer, so that it works as an application.

It works with Android version 4.0.3 and does it correctly, in fact it boots quite fast and is one of the most modern versions of this operating system. The main problem is that it doesn't have a connection to Google Play, the app store where you can get all the programs and games you need.
